【COMPOSITION AND CONTENT】

This product contains inactivated Haemophilus parasuis Serotype 4 Strain JS and Serotype 5 Strain ZJ. Before inactivation, the viable bacterial count of Strain JS is no less than 2.0×10⁹ CFU per dose, and the viable bacterial count of Strain ZJ is no less than 2.0×10⁹ CFU per dose.

【CHARACTER】

Off-white suspension with a small amount of sediment at the bottom after long-term standing. It forms a homogeneous suspension after vigorous shaking.

【INDICATIONS】

For the prevention of Haemophilus parasuis infection caused by serotype 4 and serotype 5. Immunity lasts for 6 months.

【DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION】

Administer via intramuscular injection in the neck. Regardless of body size, administer 2.0 mL per pig for primary immunization, followed by a 2.0 mL booster dose 3 weeks later.

Recommended Immunization Procedure:

  • Replacement gilts: Primary immunization at 8–9 weeks before farrowing, booster vaccination 3 weeks later, and subsequent immunization once at 4–5 weeks before each farrowing.

  • Piglets: Primary immunization at 3–4 weeks of age, booster vaccination 3 weeks later.

【PRESENTATION】

4 mL/bottle, 10 mL/bottle, 20 mL/bottle, 50 mL/bottle, 100 mL/bottle, 250 mL/bottle

【STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE】

Store at 2–8 °C. Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture.

For use only under veterinary supervision.

Advantages & Highlights

1.Coverage of dominant serotypes for precise prevention: Adopts the prevalent serotype 4 (JS strain) and serotype 5 (ZJ strain) combination, targeting the most common Haemophilus parasuis infections in pig farms and effectively solving typical symptoms such as arthritis, dyspnea, pericarditis and peritonitis.

2.High-standard antigen content for stable protection: The virus content is 10⁴·⁵ TCID₅₀ per dose. Sufficient standard antigen effectively activates specific immune response and builds a solid protective barrier with stable batch quality.

3.Standard full-process immunization program for all pig groups: Dual standardized immune schemes for piglets and replacement sows. Regular immunization for sows and staged vaccination for piglets build stable herd immunity covering nursery, fattening and breeding stages.

4.Long-lasting immunity reduces farm losses: Standard booster vaccination provides 6-month continuous protection against Haemophilus parasuis. It lowers piglet morbidity and stunted pig rate, improves survival rate and reduces secondary infection losses.

5.High-quality low-stress formulation for large-scale use: Uniform off-white suspension with simple shaking operation and smooth injection. Conventional intramuscular injection fits regular and batch vaccination in large-scale pig farms with low stress.

6.Diversified specifications and cost-effective storage: Six specifications fit all scale pig farms. Storable at 2~8℃ with an 18-month shelf life, featuring long inventory cycle and low stocking pressure.

FAQ

Q: What type of vaccine is this? What diseases does it prevent?

A: This is a bivalent inactivated vaccine for Haemophilus parasuis (Serotype 4 JS strain + Serotype 5 ZJ strain), a non-prescription veterinary drug, specially used to prevent diseases caused by Haemophilus parasuis serotype 4 and 5.

Q: What is the antigen standard of the vaccine? What are its prevention advantages?

A: Both serotype strains contain viable bacteria ≥ 2.0×10⁹ CFU per dose before inactivation. The ultra-high bacterial content induces high-titer antibodies with stronger immune response and more stable prevention effect.

Q: What are the standard immunization procedures for piglets and sows?

A: Uniform neck intramuscular injection with 2ml per dose. Piglets receive primary vaccination at 3–4 weeks old and booster after 3 weeks. Replacement sows are vaccinated 8–9 weeks before delivery with a 3-week interval booster, and multiparous sows are immunized 4–5 weeks before each farrowing.

Q: How long is the immune protection period after standard vaccination?

A: The immune duration lasts up to 6 months after completing the full primary and booster procedure, providing long-term protection during the susceptible nursery and fattening stages.

Q: What are the storage and transportation taboos? What is the shelf life?

A: Store at 2~8℃ away from light with a shelf life of 18 months. Freezing and long-term high-temperature exposure are strictly prohibited during storage and transportation to avoid vaccine failure.

Q: What are the key operation precautions before use?

A: Only healthy pigs can be vaccinated. Warm to room temperature and shake fully before use. Do not use damaged or expired vaccine. Implement sterile vaccination and use up the vaccine on the day of opening.
