This product contains live Newcastle Disease Virus Strain La Sota (CVCC AV1615) and live Infectious Bronchitis Virus Strain H120 (CVCC AV1514). The viral titer of Newcastle Disease Virus is no less than 10⁶·⁰ EID₅₀ per dose, and the viral titer of Infectious Bronchitis Virus is no less than 10³·⁵ EID₅₀ per dose.
【CHARACTER】
Milky white porous sponge cake, readily detachable from the inner wall of the vial; dissolves completely and rapidly after reconstitution with diluent
【INDICATIONS】
For the prevention of Newcastle disease and avian infectious bronchitis in chickens.
【DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION】
Inoculation via nasal dropping or drinking water administration. Suitable for chickens aged 7 days and above. Dilute the vaccine with normal saline, water for injection or high-quality cold boiled water according to the dose specified on the vial label.
Nasal Dropping Inoculation: 1 drop (0.03 mL) per chicken.
Drinking Water Inoculation: Double the dosage. The water consumption varies according to chicken age: generally 5–10 mL per chicken for chickens aged 5 to 10 days, 10–20 mL per chicken for chickens aged 20 to 30 days, and 20–30 mL per chicken for adult chickens.
【PRESENTATION】

For use only under veterinary supervision.
1. Golden dual-strain compounding for efficient dual disease prevention: Adopts the classic combination of Newcastle disease La Sota strain and infectious bronchitis H120 strain. The mild and stable attenuated strains realize one-dose dual prevention of two major respiratory diseases, simplifying immunization procedures and greatly reducing farm epidemic prevention costs.
2. Ultra-high dual virus titer provides solid and strong immune protection: The vaccine meets strict high titer standards for both strains with sufficient and balanced antigen activity. It rapidly activates dual immune responses, induces high-level protective antibodies, and builds a stable dual respiratory immune barrier to resist wild virus infection.
3. Dual flexible immunization methods adapt to full-scene epidemic prevention: Supports nasal drip and drinking water vaccination. Precise nasal drip ensures uniform antibodies for accurate immunization, while stress-free drinking water vaccination is highly efficient for large-scale universal immunization, fully meeting the needs of various poultry farms.
4. Multi-medium compatible dilution with excellent on-site practicability: Compatible with normal saline, water for injection and high-quality cold boiled water without special diluent requirements. It features convenient material access and high tolerance, adapting to the operation conditions of all types of poultry farms.
5. High-quality freeze-dried formulation for uniform and accurate vaccination: The loose sponge-like mass dissolves rapidly and completely without caking or impurities. The uniform medicinal liquid ensures consistent dual-antigen dosage for each chicken, realizing balanced and qualified herd immune effect.
Q: What type of vaccine is this? What diseases does it prevent?
A: This is a combined live vaccine of Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis (La Sota strain + H120 strain), a non-prescription veterinary drug. It is specially used to prevent chicken Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis, serving as the core basic vaccine for early immunization of chicks.
Q: What are the core advantages and protection characteristics of the vaccine?
A: The vaccine realizes dual disease prevention with one dose and simplifies epidemic prevention procedures. With high-titer dual antigens, ultra-low stress and high safety for chicks over 7 days old, flexible dual vaccination methods and long shelf life, it is perfectly suitable for daily basic immunization of various poultry farms.
Q: What are the applicable chickens, vaccination method and standard dosage?
A: Applicable to healthy chickens of all breeds over 7 days old via nasal drip or drinking water vaccination. For nasal drip, administer 1 drop (0.03mL) per chicken; for drinking water vaccination, double the dosage, with water volume of 5–10mL for 5–10-day-old chickens, 10–20mL for 20–30-day-old chickens, and 20–30mL for adult chickens.
Q: What is the strict usage time limit for diluted vaccine?
A: Store the diluted vaccine in a cool and dark place and use up completely within 4 hours. Overtime use is prohibited to avoid virus attenuation, vaccine failure and insufficient immune protection.
