Exclusive G190E40 strain for precise fowl cholera prevention:Adopts exclusive avian-origin Pasteurella multocida G190E40 attenuated strain with mild and stable virulence and strong immunogenicity. It specially prevents fowl cholera in chickens, ducks and geese and solves typical symptoms such as sudden death and visceral inflammation.
Ultra-high viable bacteria load for efficient and solid protection: Each dose contains viable bacteria ≥2.0×10CFU. The high-content viable bacteria rapidly activate specific immune responses and produce high-efficiency protective antibodies to resist wild virus infection and reduce mortality caused by fowl cholera.
Differentiated dosage for targeted protection of various poultry: Customized differentiated dose design for chickens, ducks and geese. The unified injection volume with different dose contents adapts to the immune characteristics of different poultry, ensuring sufficient protective effects for all breeds.
Special diluent enhances immune stability: Matched with exclusive 20% aluminum hydroxide normal saline diluent with excellent slow-release effect. It prolongs the in-vivo action time of antigens, improves immune absorption rate and antibody retention, and achieves more stable immune efficacy.
High-quality freeze-dried formulation for efficient batch vaccination: The loose sponge-like mass dissolves rapidly and completely after dilution without caking. Standard intramuscular injection is simple and efficient, suitable for centralized batch immunization of various farms.
Conventional cold chain storage with low cost and high practicability: Stored at conventional 2~8℃ refrigeration without freezing requirement. It features high storage tolerance, convenient stocking and a 12-month shelf life, suitable for daily epidemic prevention reserve.
Full-gradient specifications for all-scale farms: Five gradient specifications adapt to poultry farms of all scales with zero vaccine waste, delivering high cost performance for various breeding scenarios.
Q: What type of vaccine is this? What diseases does it prevent?
A: This is a live avian Pasteurella multocida vaccine (Strain G190E40), a non-prescription veterinary drug, specially used to prevent fowl cholera in chickens, ducks and geese over 3 months old.
Q: What is the viable bacteria standard and core advantages of the vaccine?
A: Each dose contains viable bacteria no less than 2.0×10CFU. With strong immunogenicity, universal application for three types of poultry and stable immune efficacy with special diluent, it efficiently prevents fowl cholera and reduces breeding losses.
Q: How long is the immune protection period after standard vaccination?
A: The immune duration lasts up to 3.5 months after standard intramuscular vaccination, effectively covering the high-incidence susceptible period and providing long-term protection against Pasteurella multocida infection.
Q: Is the designated diluent mandatory for vaccine dilution?
A: Yes. The vaccine must be diluted with 20% aluminum hydroxide normal saline to ensure stable vaccine activity and optimal slow-release immune effect. Ordinary normal saline or other diluents are not allowed.
Q: What operation specifications are required during vaccination?
A: Only healthy poultry are eligible for vaccination. Strictly disinfect injection sites and appliances before vaccination with standardized aseptic operation to avoid cross infection and ensure immune safety and efficacy.
Q: What are the specifications, storage conditions and shelf life?
A: Five specifications (100/250/500/1000/2000 doses per bottle) are available. Store at 2~8℃ away from light with a 12-month shelf life, suitable for daily epidemic prevention reserve of various poultry and waterfowl farms.
Q: How to dispose of vaccine wastes in a standardized way?
A: All wastes such as residual vaccine, used vaccine bottles and inoculation appliances must be uniformly collected and harmlessly disposed of to avoid virus diffusion and eliminate biosafety risks.
