This product contains live Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus Strain H120 (CVCC AV1514). The viral content is no less than 10³·⁵ EID₅₀ per dose.
【CHARACTER】
Milky white porous sponge cake, readily detachable from the inner wall of the vial; dissolves completely and rapidly after reconstitution with diluent.
【INDICATIONS】
For the prevention of avian infectious bronchitis in chickens. Immunity develops 5 to 8 days after vaccination, and the immune duration lasts 2 months.
【DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION】
Inoculation via nasal dropping or drinking water administration. Applied for primary immunization of newly hatched chicks and suitable for all chicken breeds. Booster vaccination with H52 vaccine is required when chickens reach 1 to 2 months of age. Dilute the vaccine with normal saline, water for injection or high-quality cold boiled water according to the dose specified on the vial label.
Nasal Dropping Inoculation: Dilute the vaccine as specified, draw the vaccine with a dropper, and administer 1 drop (approximately 0.03 ml) per chicken.
Drinking Water Inoculation: Double the vaccine dosage. The water consumption varies according to chicken age; generally 5.0–10 mL per chicken for chickens aged 5 to 10 days.
