This product contains live Avian Pox Virus quail-adapted attenuated strain (CVCC AV1003). The viral content is no less than 10³·⁰ EID₅₀ per dose.
【CHARACTER】
Milky white porous sponge cake, readily detachable from the inner wall of the vial; dissolves completely and rapidly after reconstitution with diluent.
【INDICATIONS】
For the prevention of avian pox in chickens. The immune duration lasts 5 months for adult chickens and 2 months for newly hatched chicks.
【DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION】
Puncture vaccination on the avascular area inside the wing. Dilute the vaccine with normal saline according to the dose specified on the vial label. Dip the vaccination needle into the diluted vaccine for inoculation. Apply one puncture to chicks aged 20 to 30 days; two punctures to chickens aged over 30 days. For chicks aged 6 to 20 days, further dilute the vaccine at a 1:1 ratio and apply one puncture. Mild redness, swelling and scabbing will appear at the inoculation site 3 to 4 days after vaccination, and scabs will fall off within 14 to 21 days. Replacement breeding chickens may receive a booster vaccination
